It’s not often that I look at a floor plan from a developer these days and am thoroughly impressed by the design and layout; however, every once in a while I come across one that really stands out.  SOLO District in Burnaby which is completing this fall has a few that will make condo living very doable.  Finding a good 3 bedroom is tough to find, let alone a 3 bedroom with 2 outdoor spaces, separated bedrooms, NE views, a functional kitchen, in a concrete building and built by a reputable developer. The F plan hits the target.  It works as an investment as the North Burnaby area is really blossoming, as a starter home for a young family, or even a family that likes to be able to lock up and leave.  Close to the train, Lougheed Highway and major grocery stores this one really does check all the boxes.  Take a look at the plan and if you would like more information just give me a call or shoot me an email.
